Add Google Workspace Organization using Automatic Process

Add Method Selection

  • Select the Automatic Process and click ‘Next’ to proceed with BDRCloud Authorization.

  • Google ‘Sign In’ page will open in a new window and you will be asked to select the Goggle Account or enter Username and click ‘Next’.

  • Enter the password and click Next.

In the page that opens, click on ‘Continue’.

  • Once the access is granted, ‘Project creation is in progress’ dialog will be shown.

  • The project that is created will automatically be added to the Google Workspace Organization, and as a final step, authorization for the created project must be completed.

Completion Steps

  • You will be redirected to the next step of ‘Completion Steps’. The steps for authorizing and the required Client ID will be provided/shown in BDRCloud UI itself.

  • By following the given steps you will be able to add the Scopes and the ‘Client ID’ of the newly created project to the ‘Admin Console’.
  • Once scopes are added in the ‘Admin Console’, you need to select the checkbox on the BDRCloud UI for confirmation.

If scopes aren’t added or not added properly then an alert will be shown.

  • If the scopes are added as per the given steps then you will be redirected to ‘List Organizations’ page.
  • If the scopes weren’t added as per steps then you will be redirected to ‘List Organizations’ page and the ‘Authorize’ button will be shown alongside the respective organizations listed.

  • Once Authorize button is clicked, then the steps for authorizing and the required Client ID will be shown again. You can follow the steps correctly to successfully complete the process. And you will see the Google Workspace Organization has been added and listed.
